These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of foodpage's Website, located at foodpage.co.uk. PLEASE READ THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEN YOU SHOULD NOT ACCESS AND/OR USE THE ONLINE ORDERING WEBSITE OR APPLICATION. ACCESS AND/OR USE OF THE ONLINE ORDERING BY YOU SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Foodpage.com (hereinafter named as the ‘platform’ or the ‘application’ or ‘we’ or ‘us’) is a platform for customers /or users (hereinafter referred to as ‘you’ or ‘your’ or the ‘client’) to order food through the restaurants’ signed up with the application.

The platform is owned and operated by the licensor of the license agreement regarding the use of the application in order to order online. Subject to applicable legal regulations in force, we may, in our discretion, from time to time amend or otherwise modify the Terms and Conditions of Use. We recommend that You carefully read, each time you order online, the Terms and Conditions as they may affect your rights. We do not ensure that the information provided by each restaurant on this platform is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

The Restaurant may from time to time revise the information in relation with the online ordering application and/or process and reserves the right to make such changes without any obligation to notify any past, current or prospective clients. In no event shall the Restaurant be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of any use of the information contained herein and/or in relation with the online ordering process. You should take appropriate steps to verify all information in relation with the online ordering before using it. In addition, no liability can be accepted by us in respect of any changes made to the content of the online ordering application and/or process.

The Restaurant may use ingredients and additives of meals and drinks, that could cause allergies and intolerances. If a Customer is allergic to any foodstuffs, we advise to contact the Restaurant by telephone for current allergen information before placing an Order. After placing the Order, the Customer can upon his sole discretion choose to pay by using an online payment method through the Platform or by payment to the Restaurant at the door or at the collection location. Please make sure that if your order is placed using a credit or debit card, the card is valid on the date of your order placement.

The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse any service, terminate your access to the online ordering application and/or process, remove or edit any content or accept your order/s in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you. The acceptance of any order for any of the products shall be at the entire discretion of the Restaurant. Our acceptance of an order may occur when you receive an on-screen message and/or email notification and/or an SMS, confirming your order. If the Customer decides to have the Order delivered, the Customer must be present at the delivery address indicated by the Customer in order to receive the Order items. If the Customer is not present to take delivery of the goods at the address given in your order, then Restaurant will not refund you the price for your order.

Delivery orders are also subject to: i) Your address falling in the defined delivery area of the Restaurant; ii) Availability of the restaurant being online for accepting online orders; iii) Your Order may be subject to a minimum amount per order. We will aim to provide you with your ordered products as close as possible to your requested delivery/collection time but we cannot guarantee the delivery time in all the cases. Delivery time may be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions. This is to ensure the safety of our riders. Delivery service may be temporarily unavailable in selected areas due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. Your privacy is very important to us. We will assure you that your any private data will not be disclosed anywhere at any cost. In addition, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal details, password and payment details. You agree to accept full responsibility for all your activities in relation with the online ordering application.

Foodpage is not responsible for any kind of order cancelation or approval. Delivery time, Taxes, Delivery Charges and Delivery times are decided by the restaurant owner. Restaurant owners are only responsible for any kind of updates and changes of extra charges. Foodpage is not taking any kind of taxes or extra charges from the customers.

In any case, if an order is being cancelled by the Restaurant, the refund will be made into the same account as the one from which the payment has been done. Depending on the payment method used by the Customer, the processing of the reimbursement will take a maximum of 10 working days. Foodpage is not entitled to refund any amount but it’s the Restaurant’s sole responsibility to take care of such issues in any case. If we notice any illegal activity, then we have all rights to permanently Block your account without any notice and reasons.
